Designer Profile

These are my core values and beliefs, it is the stuff that I am made of and because of this I bring this to all aspects of my life. I can’t help it, this is just who I am.

Just as important as design skill and talent, so is the kind of person you will potentially be working with, and because I have this opportunity, I am going to write just a little bit about what drives me.

All growing up in South Texas, sports was a major staple in my life. I find this necessary to mention, because I believe that sports was one of the major contributors in shaping the person who I am today.

I excelled in my design course work, and not only that, I actually LOVED my design-related classes in their entirety. What I discovered was the passion that I had for sports spilled over into design. The drive that I felt whenever I was on the field was there, and still is there, whenever I begin a new design project. I have discovered that the dedication and grueling hours of work necessary to excel in athletics is what also creates success in the design industry. I have also learned that I love playing on a team, and I still get to do that every day in my career. I work with a great team of clients, contractors, and other professionals. I love approaching a project with competent and genuine people, all working together for an ultimate goal.

As an interior designer my main goal is to please my client while creating a space above and beyond their expectations.

This eliminates having to perform the same tasks over because we have everything planned to the best of our abilities before anything is built.
