The ASID Austin Design Community is very excited to be participating in Austin X Design, a month-long community celebration of design spearheaded by AIA Austin and produced by organizations related to the built and natural environment.
The ASID Austin Design Community Interior Design Homes Tour will take place from 10am – 6pm on Saturday, October 15, 2011. ASID Austin’s first tour of homes will showcase projects designed by some of Austin’s best award-winning ASID interior designers. The public will be able to learn about what services interior designers provide, the process of designing a home and more about how and why to hire a professional interior designer. ASID members, as well as staff members from each featured design firm, will be present at each home to provide information and answer questions.
