Job Information

Dallas based Interior Design firm seeks an experienced individual to provide part-time Office Manager support for a small, well-established, high-end design firm with regional and national client base.   Responsibilities include client communication, processing daily paperwork, setting-up and communicating designer/project schedules, filing, AR/AP processing, scan/email critical documents, and overseeing daily office operations.

Part-time: Up to 20-25 hours a week; set schedule, but very flexible.

Requirements:
· 5-7 years experience with AR/AP
· Very strong Word & Excel proficiency and overall computer skills
· Ability to prepare accounting documents for CPA
· Excellent organizational & communication skills
· Ability to work independently and strategically.
· Knowledge of the residential design process a plus
· StudioDesigner / Impact Software experience is a plus
· Experience with iPhone and iPad a plus (syncing and photo/contact management)
