• Prospect, contact, and develop new interior designers for the purpose of specifying Legrand decorative products on their residential and commercial projects.<br />
• Create and implement training presentations specific to interior designers, architects, and other residential specifiers.<br />
• Become active in the specifier community, including attending and presenting at national, regional, and local events for organizations such as ASID, AIA, NKBA, and NEWH.<br />
• Conduct events at Legrand lighting showroom partner locations.<br />
• Convert specifications to read, by name, Legrand/Pass &#38; Seymour, Legrand/adorne, and/or Bticino.<br />
• Assist in project takeoffs and make proposals based on above specifications.<br />
• Establish strong relationship with Legrand/Pass &#38; Seymour ALA manufacturers’ representatives.<br />
• Coordinate with other Legrand salespeople to ensure specifications translate into orders and successful product installations.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, interior design or related field.</p>
<p>Experience: Specification sales experience with interior designers / architects a plus.</p>
<p>Skill/ Knowledge/ Abilities<br />
• Ability to present to individuals as a consultant in addition to presenting to large crowds in excess of 50 people<br />
• Ability to trouble-shoot technical problems in the field and see problems through to a solution that satisfies the customer<br />
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, electrical takeoffs, and specification documents<br />
• Ability to create and present using PowerPoint, Excel and Word<br />
• Proficient in negotiation and influencing skills</p>

<p>As a Residential Specification Sales Rep. for Legrand you will:<br />
• Prospect, contact, and develop new interior designers for the purpose of specifying Legrand decorative products on their residential and commercial projects.<br />
• Create and implement training presentations specific to interior designers, architects, and other residential specifiers.<br />
• Become active in the specifier community, including attending and presenting at national, regional, and local events for organizations such as ASID, AIA, NKBA, and NEWH.<br />
• Conduct events at Legrand lighting showroom partner locations.<br />
• Convert specifications to read, by name, Legrand/Pass &#38; Seymour, Legrand/adorne, and/or Bticino.<br />
• Assist in project takeoffs and make proposals based on above specifications.<br />
• Establish strong relationship with Legrand/Pass &#38; Seymour ALA manufacturers’ representatives.<br />
• Coordinate with other Legrand salespeople to ensure specifications translate into orders and successful product installations.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, interior design or related field.</p>
<p>Experience: Specification sales experience with interior designers / architects a plus.</p>
<p>Skill/ Knowledge/ Abilities<br />
• Ability to present to individuals as a consultant in addition to presenting to large crowds in excess of 50 people<br />
• Ability to trouble-shoot technical problems in the field and see problems through to a solution that satisfies the customer<br />
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, electrical takeoffs, and specification documents<br />
• Ability to create and present using PowerPoint, Excel and Word<br />
• Proficient in negotiation and influencing skills</p>

• Prospect, contact, and develop new interior designers for the purpose of specifying Legrand decorative products on their residential and commercial projects.<br />
• Create and implement training presentations specific to interior designers, architects, and other residential specifiers.<br />
• Become active in the specifier community, including attending and presenting at national, regional, and local events for organizations such as ASID, AIA, NKBA, and NEWH.<br />
• Conduct events at Legrand lighting showroom partner locations.<br />
• Convert specifications to read, by name, Legrand/Pass &amp; Seymour, Legrand/adorne, and/or Bticino.<br />
• Assist in project takeoffs and make proposals based on above specifications.<br />
• Establish strong relationship with Legrand/Pass &amp; Seymour ALA manufacturers’ representatives.<br />
• Coordinate with other Legrand salespeople to ensure specifications translate into orders and successful product installations.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, interior design or related field.</p>
<p>Experience: Specification sales experience with interior designers / architects a plus.</p>
<p>Skill/ Knowledge/ Abilities<br />
• Ability to present to individuals as a consultant in addition to presenting to large crowds in excess of 50 people<br />
• Ability to trouble-shoot technical problems in the field and see problems through to a solution that satisfies the customer<br />
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, electrical takeoffs, and specification documents<br />
• Ability to create and present using PowerPoint, Excel and Word<br />
• Proficient in negotiation and influencing skills</p>

<p>The Customer Service Representative assists as a “design consultant” assisting retail customers in selecting the tile and granite products that will achieve their design and durability objectives. You will be responsible for using your design skills and product knowledge to educate the customer so that they make satisfying product selections to promote the best buying experience available. Product training is provided. This is a non-commissioned sales position. Occasionally you may be asked to help support our other local locations.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays</li>
<li>2+ years retail sales skills in professional environment</li>
<li>Basic computer skills working within Windows environment.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
